We have modern equipment with commercial controls built specifically for CNC machines. For reliable accuracy, we choose machines with thermal stability, glass scales, chilled spindles, and fine pitch ball screws. Many of our vertical and horizontal machining centers are equipped with full 4 Axis tables and touch probes. Additionally, we have 5 axis machining centers to reduce setups and improve quality.

Several of our machines have large work envelopes that are not only for large pieces but have tables large enough for multiple setups at one time. This allows customers the flexibility to make real time engineering changes without having to tear down their setups, greatly reducing lead time and cost.
